How used vehicle sourcing works

For used vehicles, the inspection step is the most important part of the process. Once we identify a vehicle that matches your brief, we coordinate an independent inspection covering exterior, interior, mechanical and structural condition — plus a review of the vehicle's documentation and history.

Photographs and a condition report are shared with you before any commitment. If the vehicle doesn't meet the brief, we go back to the network and find another option. Only once you're comfortable with the vehicle do we proceed to procurement.

Because used vehicle condition varies, we never ask you to commit blind. The inspection is the gate between sourcing and procurement — and you are the gatekeeper on whether to proceed.
