COLOUR POT provides vehicle sourcing, inspection coordination, procurement assistance, export coordination, documentation support, shipping coordination, buyer communication and fleet sourcing services. Specific arrangements for each service are confirmed at the time of enquiry and quotation.

Vehicle listings on this website represent vehicles that can be sourced through the South African market. They are not a guarantee of physical stock. Availability, specifications, pricing, inspection arrangements, export requirements and shipping costs are subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry.

A quotation provided by COLOUR POT is valid for the period stated on the quotation. Vehicle availability and pricing may change between enquiry and quotation. We do not guarantee availability of any specific vehicle until a transaction is confirmed.

Any purchase arrangement is structured and confirmed in writing before any payment is made. Export documentation, shipping arrangements and destination-specific requirements are confirmed as part of the quotation process. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or regulatory requirements applicable in their destination country.

We make every effort to ensure the information presented on this website is accurate and current. We do not, however, warrant that all information is error-free or that every specification listed for a vehicle will be available at the time of sourcing. Spec confirmation is part of the quotation process.

To the extent permitted by law, COLOUR POT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or reliance on information presented here. Our liability for any transaction is limited to the scope of the written agreement for that transaction.

The COLOUR POT name, logo, website design and original content are the property of COLOUR POT. Vehicle images are used to represent specific vehicle models and remain the property of their respective owners.
